We Supply Proven Equipment And Build Production In Country

We do two things. We supply combat-validated systems ready to field. That is Technology Access. We establish production in foreign countries in support of national security. That is Sovereign Capability. Five service lines carry both.

Measures of Performance (intentions, plans, ambitions) are not enough. What counts are Measures of Effect: outcomes delivered, sustained, and strategically relevant.

Where we work

The Difficult Markets Are The Point

Contested procurement, export-controlled goods, sovereign counterparties, markets where risk and opportunity are both unusually high. These are not conditions we tolerate, they are the conditions we were built for. A firm that only operates where licensing is simple and the counterparty is familiar has nothing to offer a ministry standing up a capability it has never held.

Licensing exposureHeld by us, licensed to trade in military equipment of all categories, not passed to the buyer or the manufacturer.
Unfamiliar counterpartiesScreened, documented and stood behind before an introduction is made.
Unproven jurisdictionsEntered through a route that can contract, or not entered at all.
Technology Access

The Risk Is Already Retired

We source, validate, and place Ukrainian innovation that has already been proven in combat.

01 SourcingSystems with demonstrated operational effect, not promising prototypes.
02 ValidationTesting in the field, with the operator, before commercial placement, and the codification and standards evidence a buyer's staff will demand.
03 Commercial placementRepresentation into NATO and allied procurement, through routes that can contract.

Sovereign Capability

Advisory. Licensing. Joint Venture.

Three ways to build capability you don't have yet, you choose how much control to build.

01

Advisory first

What the country needs to build, what it can sustain, which partners fit. No production commitments until that is settled.

02

Licensed production

Licences negotiated and transferred so proven systems are produced locally, under the standards regime the end user requires.

03

Joint-venture facilities

Jointly owned facilities where volume and policy justify it, shared risk, local employment, a capability base that outlasts the contract.

Localisation in stages · availability first

Capability Now, Ownership in Sequence

You secure proven systems, components and support at the earliest practical stage. Production then transfers through a controlled sequence, each step conditional on demonstrated technical readiness, workforce competence, security approval, quality performance and value for money. Sovereignty is not achieved by freezing one design in one national factory; it is achieved when you can decide, operate, support, accept, adapt and produce, and still change course on the evidence. It is measured where components are made and systems are integrated, steps 04 to 06, not where a system is first delivered.

01AvailabilityProven systems and spares delivered, capability in use.
02Support and repairIn-country maintenance, overhaul and trained technicians: a revenue line in its own right, and where repeat orders come from.
03AssemblyLocal assembly under transferred work instructions and quality records.
04Component manufactureSelected parts and families made in country, qualified to standard.
05Systems integrationIntegration authority moves in country, with configuration control.
06Full productionWhere authorised, and where rights, skills and economics are proven.
Contracting architecture

A firm base order, with scalable options

A multi-year minimum order sustains the core workforce, the line and the supplier base. Additional quantities are bought through options agreed in advance and exercised when operational demand is confirmed, so you are not paying to hold headline capacity idle, and you can still scale quickly when you need to.

Designed for technological change

Modular tooling, open interfaces, controlled technical baselines and more than one qualified source for critical components, so a facility absorbs improved designs instead of becoming tied to one product, one supplier or one generation of technology.

The Work Itself: Five Service Lines

Whether you are buying equipment through the procurement catalogue or standing up production at home, these five lines of work carry the engagement. No line duplicates another; together they cover it whole.

The order matters. Insight establishes what the requirement actually is before anyone is represented to anyone; representation opens the route before a system is offered against it; technology qualifies what goes down that route; scaling builds the throughput the order then demands; funding underwrites the gap between the two. Taken out of sequence, each line still works, it just costs more and takes longer.

Commercial Representation →

Representation and market entry, mandates, and cross-border trade in technology and materials.

Technology Access, market access for validated systems Sovereign Capability, partner and licensor selection
Scaling →

Commercial and industrial capacity once demand exists, structure, partners, throughput.

Technology Access, founder-led scale-up support Sovereign Capability, production ramp and localisation
Insight & Planning →

Requirement, capability and industrial planning against the threat environment.

Technology Access, requirement and adoption analysis Sovereign Capability, capability and industrial planning
Technology →

Technical validation, integration and transfer of technical data packages.

Technology Access, technical validation and integration Sovereign Capability, transfer of technical data packages
Funding →

Capital acquisition and stakeholder alignment, for a company, a programme or a facility.

Technology Access, capital for validated innovation Sovereign Capability, project and facility financing

Which of these applies depends on your position rather than on our catalogue. Programme management and PMO sit beneath all five, not beside them. Start from who you are, or tell us the requirement directly.
