Governance built in, always

Every engagement is always governed using recognised programme management methodologies, with the decisions kept in your hands.

Our governance keeps you as Project Executive informed. We are accountable for the programme and report to you, using the methodologies government and defence institutions already work to, among them PRINCE2.

It is a structured delivery environment in five stages: requirement, options, supply or build, delivery and ownership. You choose the option, approve the plan and accept delivery. Nothing moves on without your decision.
