2003
Founded in the United KingdomEstablished in the United Kingdom, inside the EU and before Brexit. Specialist personnel and IT solutions for NATO headquarters and selected defence clients followed.
2008–15
From personnel and IT to capabilitySeven years of work inside allied headquarters and programmes moved the firm from supplying people and systems toward advising on the capability those programmes were trying to generate.
2022
Re-established in DenmarkIn March 2022, following Brexit, the firm was re-established in Denmark to keep EU standing while retaining its UK relationships, the position it still works from.
2023
Ukraine Defence Industry Compact signedSignatory to «Building the Alliance of Defence Industries», launched at the first International Defence Industry Forum (DFNC1), Kyiv, with three Ukrainian ministries party to it, signed 1 October 2023.
