Frequently Checked Facts
The figures and dates readers verify most often, quoted line by line with their published source. Compiled by hand from the pages of this site, the Track Record page remains the authoritative record.
What sits behind the €72M figure?
Bids and contracts secured across FY2022–2026 exceed €72M. The work behind that figure is weighted towards facilitation of uncrewed systems, UAV and wider unmanned platforms, rather than one-off product sales.

Do you register represented products with NATO authorities?
Optio registers represented products and companies with the relevant NATO country authorities and with the relevant NATO authorities and organisations. That means preparing the technical and commercial data a national codification bureau requires, submitting through the sponsoring nation, and tracking allocation to completion. It is a service we perform for the companies and products we represent.

How are systems tested before you recommend them?
Optio arranges and facilitates independent testing of represented systems, including combat testing with operational units, before a system is recommended to a buyer. Which units, and the reports themselves, are disclosed to qualified buyers rather than published.
