Capital for full production facilities
Production the company controlsThe owner of a combat-validated product establishes full production in a third country on its own account, to be closer to the nations it supplies. The company holds the design rights and controls the facility. Capital goes into the plant, the tooling and the working capital to start production.
Production the government controlsThis is Sovereign Capability. A government seeking resilience against interrupted supply chains for national defence and national security equipment holds the licence. Production is on its own soil and under its control. The government is the counterparty, and capital is committed against confirmed demand.
What we do in bothWe assemble the programme the capital goes into. We oversee requirement setting and solution design, technical acceptance testing and commissioning, and we can manage the facility. In both cases the product has been validated in combat before capital is committed, so due diligence starts from evidence, not from a prototype.
